Northern York County Regional Police were dispatched to a home around 1:48 a.m. for an undisclosed reason, police said. When police arrived, an officer was approached by a man, who was in the garage with an AR-15 rifle. Isaiah Christian Green was shot and killed as he pointed the weapon at police.
