Isabelle Duval crashed a sedan outside the Bald Eagle Recreation Center. Police were called about the crash first, then reports came that the woman was possibly carrying a handgun. Witnesses said she was shot and killed when she refused to put down a gun after the officers yelled at her to drop the weapon. Police alleged that she aimed a pistol at officers.
