Husam Abu Harbeed, 36, was a resident of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip who was killed on May 17, 2021, when an Israeli missile struck his home near Abu Haseera Junction in Gaza City. His death occurred amid one of the most intense days of the Israeli offensive, which saw hundreds of missiles and shells fired into various parts of Gaza, causing widespread destruction, killing dozens of Palestinians, and injuring many more.
