Cause of Death: Kurdish man, father of two children (18-year-old daughter and 25-year-old son). During Thursday protests in a crowd, when a woman was shot and security forces wanted to assault her, he intervened to save her. When authorities told him to leave so they could assault the woman, he refused saying he wouldn’t leave until he saved her. Security forces immediately shot him directly. He was taken to hospital where he could potentially have been saved, but medical negligence led to his death.

Cause of Death: 22-year-old mechanical engineering student and teacher from Rasht. Shot directly by IRGC suppression forces around 8 PM on one of Rasht’s streets during the massacre of people in Rasht. Hit by bullet and killed during popular protests. Described as good-natured, popular, responsible and committed person who earned trust and respect through honesty and purity. His body was buried at night on Sunday under security atmosphere.

Cause of Death: Died in Neyshabur on 19 Dey 1404

Cause of Death: Shot by Islamic Republic snipers during popular protests in Fouladshahr on 18 Dey. Bullet hit his head from above the rooftop and he died on the spot. He was a 28-year-old welder, son of Ali Mardan, Bakhtiari ethnicity, who worked mostly in Asaluyeh to make a living. After his killing, authorities withheld his body for several days and demanded 800 million tomans for its release. When the family couldn’t pay, they were forced to claim Farshid was a ‘Basiji’ to get his body back. His body was finally buried on 29 Dey in Fouladshahr.

Cause of Death: Saeed Golsorkhi, 31, was injured in the knee during the protests on 18 Dey 1404 in front of the Shahroud governorate, fled the hospital, then officers stormed his father’s house, surrendered, and was immediately shot from behind in the alley and killed. His brother Navid has been arrested.

Originally from Chhregh village in Salmas county, West Azerbaijan province, and resident of Patavir village, but had come to Tehran for work. Was in very difficult financial situation and worked as a Snap driver to support his family, sending part of his income to them. Was the breadwinner of his family and in the last year due to increased rents, couldn’t even afford to rent a house and slept in his car at nights.
