Had been regularly bodybuilding for more than seven years and was known by friends and relatives as an energetic, kind and brave young man. Despite warnings from those around him, he insisted on active participation and believed that everyone should stand together to begin fundamental changes. He was patient in the face of pressures and physical pain and would not back down from his decision. According to local accounts, Moeen became a martyr in the Haft Tir area of Mashhad during the Sun and Lion Revolution. After being transferred to Velayat Hospital in Mashhad, he lost his life due to the severity of his injuries. Some witnesses also said that he was among the first people to take protest action in the vicinity of Haft Tir police station.

After being shot and falling to the ground, regime forces prevented citizens from approaching to help and rescue her body by shooting, and anyone who attempted to provide aid was targeted. Several others were killed in this crime. Her lifeless body was left in the middle of the street.

Cause of Death: Shot by government forces on the evening of 18 Dey while helping an injured person in front of Chalus police station during popular protests. Bullets hit his abdomen and he was severely wounded. He died during surgery after being transferred to hospital. He was a shopkeeper from Chalus who owned a souvenir shop in Sardabrud area (opposite Amir Hall). His body was handed over to his family on 19 Dey and buried in his birthplace Masal in Gilan province. Father of an 8-year-old son, originally from Masal.
