Deadly force
Police reportedly received a domestic disturbance call just after 5 p.m., but the call was disconnected. When deputies arrived at the home, Rodriguez stood on the porch and would not comply with orders. Eventually Rodriguez picked up garden loppers and swung them as deputies approached, and they shot and killed him.
