Deadly force

An officers were trying to arrest Wolk for failing to answer a housing court subpoena. Marquez knocked on the door, then pleaded with Wolk to go peacefully.He broke down Wolk's apartment door with a sledgehammer. He was immediately greeted with gunfire, wounded and fell in the front vestibule. By the time it was over, both Wolk and the officer were dead.
