Suicide

Morales, drunk, went to Crestwood Apartment Homes and threatened family members with a shotgun. Apartments were evacuated. A Spanish-speaking officer tried to negotiate with Morales by phone. The Spanish-speaking officer heard a gunshot. An entry team found that Morales had laid on a bed, tucked the muzzle of the shotgun underneath his chin and shot himself.
