Around 7 p.m., murder suspect Barry Tarrell Dantzler, 30, was spotted near Motel 6 in Tulare. When officers attempted to stop Dantzler, he fled. During the police chase, Dantzler lost control of his other and crashed into a utility pole. His other rolled over and hit a woman riding her bicycle, killing her.
