Malik Henderson was under the influence of alcohol and drugs during a police chase that reached speeds up to 106 mph before the stolen car crashed into a tree. Hanna Shuppert, 20, and Marissa Volner, 18, were killed. Both were friends of Henderson and had been passengers in the car. Henderson was sentenced to five years for two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
