Officers pulled over Aragon's blue Chevrolet, suspecting that he was driving drunk. During a field sobriety test, Aragon returned to his other and drove away. Sergeant Alonzo, trying to stop Aragon, entered the other before Aragon drove away. Sergeant Alonzo fatally shot Aragon as they struggled in the cab.
