Gregory Nykiel, 34, was arrested after a car chase that started in Sharpsburg. He died two hours later in a hospital. His wife, Cheryl Nykiel, filed suit, claiming that police beat and repeatedly shocked her husband with a stun gun at the Sharpsburg police station.
