Graciela "Gracie" Godinez was killed when her minivan was struck by an intoxicated, one-way driver. Police initially said that officers arrived after the crash, but then changed the account, saying two officers tracked Felipe Serrano for two miles, flashing emergency lights and pointing spotlights into his pickup to alert him.
