Glenn Llewellyn Briggs was suspected of killing his wife and another man at the Courtyard Marriott in Panama City. Deputies and state troopers located Briggs traveling on a highway at 2 a.m. and pulled him over. Briggs fired at them through his tinted driver's window shattering it. A deputy and a trooper returned fire, killing Briggs.
