Officers attempted to pull over Glenn Contay Lewis' car for a traffic stop, but he didn't stop. He led them on a chase and ended up at the end of a dead-end street. Lewis allegedly turned the car around and drove in the general direction of the officers. They fired upon him and killed him. Police alleged vehicular assault.
