According to police, troopers tried to stop Glen Shepard's motorcycle for speeding at about 11:30 p.m. on Williamson near Tausend. Shepard reportedly fled with troopers in pursuit. Shepard lost control of the bike, struck a fence and a building and was thrown from the motorcycle, police said.
