Tyler J. Lichtenberger confronted strangers in two separate encounters with what turned out to be a pellet gun. A police officer spotted Lichtenberger and pursued him. Lichtenberger was traveling at around 100 mph when he ran a red light and slammed into two vehicles, killing himself and his girlfriend Gianna Nicole Ameno.
