Biography

Ghazal Janghorban was a 15-year-old student from Isfahan and the only child of her family. She studied computer sciences and was described by relatives as a bright and talented teenager. On 9 January 2026, she joined protests in Isfahan with her parents. During the demonstrations, she was struck by multiple bullets when security forces fired on protesters. She later died in hospital, leaving her family and community grieving the loss of a young life.

Ghazal Janghorban grew up in Isfahan and was the only child of her parents. She was a student studying computer-related subjects and was known among family members and friends as a lively teenager with strong academic interests.
