A Nissan Sentra fled a traffic stop and police pursued the other. As the suspect other attempted to pass a other in front of them, the driver rear-ended the other. The suspect then lost control of the other and drove into an oncoming City of Chesapeake Waste Management truck. The waste management truck and the suspect other both ended up in a ditch. The driver of the truck, George Harris, was killed. The driver of the suspect other was 27-year-old Courtney Horan of Norfolk. He was charged with second-degree murder.
