Deadly force
Police were responding to a call reporting a man damaging a parked other with a large knife. When Officer Tait arrived, he confronted Bagley and commanded him several times to drop the knife. Bagley did not comply and lunged toward Officer Tait with the weapon. Officer Tait shot and killed Bagley.
