Police responded to a call at a house party about 9:45 p.m., to find Gaspar David Guzman, who they said was intoxicated and belligerent. The people hosting the party told police Guzman was causing a disturbance and refused to leave and asked police to remove him. As officers attempted to remove Guzman from the house, he allegedly became combative. They incapacitated him with Tasers and were able to put handcuffs on him. Officers attempted to put Guzman into a patrol car, but he continued to fight. Guzman became lethargic and died shortly after.
