Trooper C. Perkins responded to a traffic accident that occurred at a Valero gas station. Weaver had crashed his maroon Saturn sedan into the back of a pickup truck. He admitted to Trooper Perkins that he had consumed alcohol and multiple medications. Weaver died two day later at Conroe Regional Medical Center.
