Deputies were called just after 10:30 p.m. regarding two men who were shooting at each other in the street. When deputies arrived, they arrested one man right away. A second suspect, Garrett Finley Mitchell ran into a house. More than an hour later, Mitchell came outside with a handgun and shotgun and confronted officers, who shot and killed him.
