Gabriel Casso was running away from two men and toward police when he was shot and killed. An innocent bystander was hit, but it's not clear whose bullets hit him. Nor was it clear whose bullets killed Casso. 22-year-old Kejaun Dehaney and 32-year-old Hassan Maxwell were charged with murder.
