A 16-year-old driver in a 1994 Volvo fled from a traffic stop. With police in pursuit, she crashed into the Wojcik's minivan, killing him. Wojcik's family filed suit against the driver and the city; the stricken young driver killed herself at 19 by standing in front of a commuter train.
