Fernando Rolon Jr. shot and killed Melissa Villagrana, 38, outside a Kerrville Walmart. After the alleged shooting, Rolon fled to the Rio 10 Theater where he barricaded himself inside for about 15 hours. Police found him inside the movie theater with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot.
