Deadly force
Morad, a college student, physically fought friends during his first trip on hallucinogenic mushrooms. He then fell or jumped through a window, injuring himself in the process. A neighbor's 911 call described Morad as covered in blood and "violent." Morad advanced on the officer who responded to the call. He shot Morad with a stun gun, struck him with a flashlight and gave him repeated verbal warnings before fatally shooting him.
