Deadly force

Police said Felipe Perez Casas was headed northbound on the 99 and went through a fence off of the highway and crashed his pickup truck. Police were headed to the accident when they saw Casas in the roadway, armed with a knife, which he had apparently used to cut himself on the chest. An officer tried to make contact with Casas, but he allegedly walked toward the officer with the knife, and he was shot and killed.
