How they died

Shot directly in the head by suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic with a sniper rifle, likely a Dragunov weapon. Security forces returned her body to the family on condition that she be introduced as an active Basij member. She was a Lur-speaking citizen from Basht city in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, had one daughter who is a student in Isfahan. Buried in her birthplace, Dareh Rahmeh in Basht city.
