Deadly force
Neighbors called 911 to report a fire and an armed man, and officers and firefighters arrived together about 6:40 a.m. to find the man outside the burning homes. Four Baltimore County police officers shot and killed Everton Brown. In addition to Brown, two other men and a woman were killed in the incident, and fourth man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a hospital.
