Framingham Police SWAT raided home of Eurie Stamps Sr. On information that Stamps' stepson was selling drugs. Stamps, who was unarmed was shot and killed after awakening to the raid. The family of the Framingham man who was shot and killed by police in 2011 received $3.75 million to settle its lawsuit against the town.
