Albuquerque police officers were questioning Eric Padilla and a woman he was with. Police reportedly suspected the couple had been driving in a stolen car. Padilla refused to be patted down and searched for more weapons and fled. Two officers shot and killed Padilla when he allegedly pulled out a gun as he ran.
