Shereka Hill was the passenger in a stolen car being chased at high speed by local police, a car that crashed head on into another car driven by Eric McCrary. Both died. Hill's family sued, partly on the basis that more than half of Atlanta's police chases did not meet their own standards, according to their own documentation.
