Deadly force

Authorities were called by Andrews' mother to an apartment where Andrews was cutting himself because his girlfriend was leaving him. Officers wouldn't let the mother talk with her son, and when the officers went upstairs to the apartment Andrews was in, they said that he came toward them with a knife, and they shot him to death.
