Carrasco and his fiance were shopping at Ross on Tuesday afternoon. Police said an argument escalated in the parking lot. Casrassco walked eastbound on Montgomery and that's when he confronted police. Carrasco was armed and tried to attack an officer. Officer shot Carrasco multiple times.
