Emily Gaines was killed in a crash, and the driver of the other other, Kyle Lloyd, a Moore off-duty police officer, was taken to a hospital, police said. Kyle Lloyd was allegedly speeding at 94 mph when the crash occurred and has been charged with manslaughter.
