Around 11 p.m., police called regarding a disturbance involving a man with a baseball bat. When officers arrived, they made contact with Emilio Mojica, who they said didn't follow orders. Officers reportedly attempted to use Tasers four times, but they were ineffective. Police said the Mojica continued to make threats with the baseball bat, and officers shot and killed him.
