At about 3:30 in the morning a woman broke into the home of her ex-boyfriend, was caught, and fled in her car just as police arrived at the scene. Police followed her car on foot as she quickly lost control, crashing into a nearby house. The crash killed the house's occupant, Eleanor Ball, 62, who had been asleep. The woman driver, Jakeilah R. Weeks, 24, was charged with vehicular homicide.
