Edward Jones was killed when his car was broadsided at an intersection by a speeding other whose driver was trying to elude police after running a stop sign. The crash occurred at about 2:15 a.m. as Jones, who was going south on Hamilton, was hit by the fleeing car that was traveling east on Ridge.
