Deadly force
A police officer conducting traffic control after a fatal accident heard shots then saw Edward John Scheboth walking toward her with a handgun. The officer notified the police at the accident scene who responded. Scheboth walked toward the officers firing his handgun and hitting their patrol car several times. The officers got out of the car and one officer shot Scheboth in the head, killing him instantly.
