Dylan Ray Scott had sped away from Hillsborough deputies who were trying to arrest him on outstanding warrants. Scott's pickup truck crashed into a passing minivan. Scott reportedly claimed to have a pistol, refused to show his hands, and made a sudden move toward his waist. Deputy Timothy Miskell shot and killed him.
