Officers responded to a 911 call at 2:13 p.m. on a report of a person with a gun. Officers arrived to find an armed man, Dustin Matthew Furr, and police reportedly attempted to negotiate with him to surrender. Furr advanced on officers brandishing a handgun. Police shot and killed him.
