A man broke down a door and forced his way into an apartment before forcing the female resident to remove her clothes. The woman escaped the apartment safely. Police responded and found the man brandishing a gun. Police reportedly tried to negotiate with the man for nearly an hour before the man allegedly pointed the gun at the officers who shot and killed him.
