Around 5:30 p.m., police dispatch received a call of shots being fired into a car. When officers arrived, witnesses told them the shooter headed east. They found the man with a gun in his waistband . Officers ordered him to disarm and after reportedly failing to disarm, threatened the officers with the weapon. Multiple officers shot and killed Duane "DJ" Manzanares Jr..
