Police said officers were called after 11 p.m., when somebody heard a woman screaming during an argument with a man. A shot was fired while officers were responding, police said. Upon arriving, officers confronted Dravious Burch. Burch moved toward officers with two handguns, refusing to comply with commands from officers, police said. Four officers shot and killed him.
