Moua responded to a report of a man carrying a rifle down the middle of a Brooklyn Center street. Police said Moua pointed his gun at Wright, a 20-year-old Brooklyn Academy student just days away from getting his diploma, and told him to drop the weapon. When he didn't, Moua fired.
