Police chased an SUV with four youths who were allegedly involved in a theft at a Meijer store in Belleville. The SUV reportedly went the wrong way on the freeway and crashed. Passenger Donnie Wells was killed after he was thrown from the SUV. The 17-year-old driver was charged with felony murder, fleeing a police officer and operating a motor other with a suspended license, causing death.
