Donna Weaver allegedly beat her boyfriend with a broom and potted plants. Deputies called to investigate the domestic disturbance encountered Weaver armed with a pistol on her porch. Weaver told the deputies they were going to have to kill her. She pointed the gun toward one of the deputies, who shot and killed her.
