After being caught in a 7 p.m. drug sting selling narcotics to undercover deputies, Miller realized what was going on, "screamed, accelerated his car and rammed (their) cruisers." He struck two deputies without seriously hurting either one. Boxed in, then he threw his other into reverse, at which point he was shot to death by deputies.
