Officer Musgrove tried to pull over Humphries for erratic driving. After a chase, Humphries pulled over, got out of his car and began approaching Officer Musgrove. Musgrove ordered Humphries to stop but Humphries pulled out a handgun, forcing Musgrove to fire.
